How to claim your money back:
Products must have been purchased from www.bellebeadsdiy.com
On the day your order is delivered, email our customer care team [email protected] with the subject line “Refund” or “30-Day Money-BackGuarantee”
Include a detailed reason for return plus photos or a video showing the issue
Once approved, we’ll send you the address of the closest warehouse for the return
Return the product (in original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the provided address
Please note:
Incomplete or unclear claims will be considered invalid
Real postage costs for sending and returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
Once we receive the return, we will refund the product purchase price to you
Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement if available.
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
