• • Material Accuracy: We strive to describe the metal composition of each product accurately. However, please note that “Gold-plated” or “Silver-plated” items may naturally tarnish over time due to wear, skin acidity, and environmental factors.
• • Allergy Warning: While we prioritize high-quality metals (such as 316L Stainless Steel), it is the customer’s responsibility to check product descriptions for potential allergens. Belle Beads DIY is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from wearing our products.

2 Customized & Personalized Items

• • Definition: Any item that is modified, engraved, or assembled to your specific request is considered a “Customized Product.”
• • Non-Returnable Policy: Pursuant to international consumer laws, Customized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or functionally defective.

3 DIY Tools & Safety DIY

Our DIY tools (pliers, cutters, needles, etc.) are intended for adult craft use only.

• • Safety: Users are responsible for the safe handling of sharp or mechanical tools. Belle Beads DIY is not liable for any personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of our tools or small components (choking hazards).

4 Payments  (PayPal & Security)

• • We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards processed through PayPal’s secure gateway.
• • By purchasing, you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions. We do not store your full financial information on our servers.

5 Shipping & Customs

For international orders (outside our primary fulfillment center), the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

6 Return Policy (EU & International)

• • EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: EU residents have the right to return non-customized items within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
• • Standard Returns: For US and other international customers, non-customized items may be returned within [Insert Days, e.g., 30 days] if they are in original, unworn condition.
• • Customized Items: As stated in Section 2, these are exempt from the 14-day no-reason return rule.

7 Limitation of Liability

Belle Beads DIY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to the natural wear and tear of jewelry or misuse of DIY kits.
